My name is Malcolm and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Level 3 Australian Registered Exercise Professional (AusREP) working in the Wollongong and Campbelltown area. I studied at the University of Wollongong completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Human Movement and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.

- Successful weight loss (5-10% weight loss for at least 18 months to 2 years).
- Diabetes prevention and Diabetes management.
- Fatty Liver, Insulin Resistance and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Trained on the use of the Low FODMAP Diet by Monash University.
- Cholesterol lowering and Cardiovascular Health.
- Nutrition advice for exercise, sports training and events.
- Fitness Advice to increase aerobic fitness and strength.
- Maintenance of strength and aerobic fitness into older age.
- Training over 50's and beginners.
