My name is ​Malcolm and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Level 3 Australian Registered Exercise Professional (AusREP) working in the Wollongong and Campbelltown area. I studied at the University of Wollongong completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Human Movement and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.

I have worked as a Private Practice Dietitian for 18 years and in the fitness industry for over 25 years. My aim is to help the prevention of chronic disease, healthy aging and improving / maintaining physical fitness. The following are my interests:

  • Healthy Eating Advice using the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating as the starting point.
  • Successful weight loss (5-10% weight loss for at least 18 months to 2 years).
  • ​​Diabetes prevention and Diabetes management.
  • Fatty Liver, Insulin Resistance and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Trained on the use of the Low FODMAP Diet by Monash University.
  • Cholesterol lowering and Cardiovascular Health.
  • Nutrition advice for exercise, sports training and events.
  • Fitness Advice to increase aerobic fitness and strength.
  • Maintenance of strength and aerobic fitness into older age.
  • Training over 50's and beginners.
